3D Central Refund and Exchange Policy
If you decide to return your order after you have received it, we will refund your purchase as long as the original packaging is undamaged and the item is returned unused and in a saleable condition. You will need to return your purchase within 14 days from the day after the date of delivery or in-store pick-up. This applies to all 3D Printer, Filament, Tools and Accessory purchases. Custom-made items are not eligible for returns.
Contact Us to confirm the best way of returning the item. Items can be returned either in-store or shipped back to 3D Central. 3D Central is not liable for the cost of shipping return items.
3D Printers or Filament spools which have been opened may be eligible for returns or exchanges if the items were received Defective or Damaged. Notice of the defective/damaged equipment must be given within 14 days after the date of pick-up or delivery to be eligible for either a return or exchange. Exchanges will be of an identical or equivalent Printer or Filament spool. Partially used Filament, as well as Tools and accessories which have been opened are not eligible for returns. Retail items purchased in store or otherwise are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
