Shipping is FREE and every printer comes with a FREE setup and training session, either here at the shop, or if you live outside our area, via Skype.
In a 1-2 hour training, we aim to take at least 6 months off the learning curve and have you getting the most out of your machine on Day 1.
And, if you ever run into any problems, we’ve been printing around the clock for about 5 years now and so there’s a good chance we’ve hit it first! We offer continuing email support at no cost, and if the machine needs some special attention, we have affordable repair rates.

Through extensive testing, we’ve also found the best selection of filament and accessories. We keep a wide variety of production grade filament in stock, starting at $25 per 1KG spool. We also stock what we have found to be the best hand tools and finishing supplies, and we’re happy to show you the best techniques.
